Response Rework for the Mordekaiser Rework

So, after seeing the rework reading through all the comment and having my own opinion, my Mordekaiser rework changed into this:

Base Stats

  • Attack Range increased to 200.

Abilities

Iron Man
Iron Man

Mordekaiser converts 15% of the damage dealt from anything into a temporary absorption shield (half as effective against minions). He also gains shield based on his maximum HP using his abilities or basic attacks (half as effective against minions).

  • Basic attacks: 0.5% maximum health per attack (does not trigger on Mace of Spades)
  • Mace of Spades.png Mace of Spades: 2% maximum health per target, 4% maximum health if single target.
  • Creeping Death.png Creeping Death: 0.5% maximum health per target hit per second.
  • Siphon of Destruction.png Siphon of Destruction: 2% maximum health per target hit.

Maximum shield strength is 25% of maximum health. The shield decays after being out of combat for 5 seconds by 10% per second.


Mace of Spades
RANGE: 600
COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 health
COOLDOWN: 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 / 3
Mace of Spades

Active: Mordekaiser enhances his next attack, converting it to deal magic damage and replacing the base attack damage component with a base amount of damage. He swings his mace with such force that it echoes out, striking up to 3 additional nearby targets.

If the target is isolated, the ability deals 65% more damage.

  • Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 50% AP) (+ 125% bonus AD)
  • Single Target Magic Damage: 132 / 198 / 264 / 330 / 396 (+ 82.5% AP) (+ 206.25% bonus AD)


Creeping Death
RANGE: 750
COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 health
COOLDOWN: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12
Creeping Death

Active: Mordekaiser creates a protective cloud of metal shards to surround an ally unit and himself for 6 seconds, increasing both target's armor and magic resistance and dealing magic damage each second to enemies within 300-range. The damage of the allied shield is halved. While moving towards each other or to a target affected by Children of the Grave.png Children of the Grave, both affected champions gain 60 bonus movement speed.

  • Magic Damage Per Second: 24 / 38 / 52 / 66 / 80 (+ 20% AP)
  • Magic Damage On Allied Shield Per Second: 12 / 19 / 26 / 33 / 40 (+ 10% AP)
  • Armor & Magic Resist: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30


Siphon of Destruction
RANGE: 600
COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 health
COOLDOWN: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4
Siphon of Destruction

Active: Mordekaiser afflicts all enemies in a cone in front of him, dealing magic damage. Works like Nautilus Nautilus' Riptide.png Riptide, except that it can only hit once.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 50% AP)


Children of the Grave
RANGE: 750
COOLDOWN: 120 / 105 / 90
Children of the Grave

Active: Mordekaiser curses a target enemy champion and deals
1 magic damage per second to it for 10 seconds. During this time, Mordekaiser gains 100% Spell Vamp against the target and his shield generation if hitting this target is doubled. Basic attacks or Mace of Spades / Creeping Death (per second only by the shield of Mordekaiser himself, not from ally) / Siphon of Destruction against that target by Mordekaiser also deal a percentage of the targets maximum health as bonus magic damage.

If the target dies while under the effect of the curse, their soul is enslaved as a controllable ghost and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds. The Ghost cannot use any active skills or items and deals magic damage with its basic attacks.

  • Magic Damage: 10% of target's maximum health + 0.5 / 0.75 / 1% per 100 AP

The Ghost's stats are:

  • Health: The enslaved champion's total health plus 5 / 10 / 15% of Mordekaiser's maximum health.
  • Attack Damage: The enslaved champion's total AD, 25 / 50 / 75 AD plus 25 / 50 / 75% of Mordekaiser's bonus AD.
  • Ability Power: The enslaved champion's total AP.
  • Movement Speed: The enslaved champion's total movement speed.
  • Leash Range: 1125
During this time, Mordekaiser gains 30% of the enslaved champion's maximum AP and 25% of the enslaved champion's maximum health. This bonus does not affect the ghost's stats.
