When being attacked, Spongebob gains 1 Budding stack per 10% of his HP lost, maximum: 5. If dropped below 20% HP, Spongebob spontaneously consumes all his budding stacks to recover 100+(0.02 of AP) HP per budding stack and gains 35/50/65 magic resist for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 15 seconds.
Budding stacks are lost if spongebob doesn't gain more of them in 5 seconds.
