Hi there. This is my third try on a champion concept here on the Wikia.I envision Scytales as an AD Carry with the possibility of being an offensive tank.
|(Innate): For every 1% of health the enemy is missing, Scytales' autoattacks deal an additional 1 true damage.
|(Active): Scytales releases a blast of force from his blade in a line, dealing magic damage and causing fear. Once the wave disappears, he dashes towards the location where it vanished.
Mana: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80
Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds
Magic Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+ 1 per ability power)
|(Passive): Grants flat armor penetration.
(Active): Can be activated to double the armor penetration bonus, but disables the passive bonus while on cooldown.
Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds
Mana: 45 / 45 / 50 / 50 / 55
Armor Penetration: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15
|(Passive): Grants a small amount of lifesteal.
(Active): Scytales' unwavering will causes him to gain attack speed for a duration.
If he kills an enemy champion, the cooldown of this skill is reset.
Attack Speed Bonus: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 %
Lifesteal: 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 %
|(Active): Causes the target to initiate a duel with Scytales, taunting each other, rendering both immune to incoming damage except from each other and silencing them.
If one of them is defeated while Duel still lasts, the victor gains permanent bonus damage to their autoattacks.
Cooldown: 70 / 65 / 60 seconds
Duration: 4 / 5 / 6 seconds
Mana Cost: 100 / 125 / 150
