First champion concept in a while. In fact, my first post after a long long hiatus on head-fi.org! Yay! Suggestions are, of course, welcome.

Abilities

Consternation

When Aramith damages an enemy with his abilities, they are debuffed with Consternation for 6 seconds. The next ability used by Aramith on Consternated enemies consumes the debuff to deal extra effects and causes the debuff to spread to other enemies in a 450 - 700 (based on level)-unit radius around it. Champions cannot become Consternated again within 10 - 5 (based on level) seconds regardless of whether the debuff is consumed or not.

Active: Aramith fires two energy bolts that arc out at opposing 45 degree angles. The bolts arc towards the targeted area over 0.25 seconds. After they are travelling straight towards the targeted area, the energy bolts start accelerating until they have traveled a total of 1000 units or hit a champion. Each energy bolt deals magic damage to all enemies it passes through. Consternation Bonus: Each energy bolt briefly interrupts and deals 150% damage to the first Consternated champion hit and explodes to deal 100% damage to all enemies that Consternation spreads to.

  • Magic damage per bolt: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 35% AP)
  • Total magic damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP)

First cast: Aramith spawns a clone that runs towards the targeted location. This clone lasts for 5 seconds or until this ability is recast. The clone can autoattack but cannot deal damage or be moved away.

Second cast: Aramith swaps consciousness with the clone. Nothing else is transferred; this includes all buffs and debuffs.

Consternation Bonus: Consternated enemies which deal damage to the clone lower the cooldown of this ability. The number of seconds it is lowered by depends on the damage taken by the clone.

  • Leash range: 1000
  • Damage converted to reduced cooldown: 1% / 1.25% / 1.5% / 1.75% / 2%


Psycho Pulse

Active: Aramith releases a pulse of energy in an area around him that travels outwards in a circle, dealing magic damage and slowing all enemies it hits for 3 seconds. While they are slowed, enemy champions that attempt to deal damage are briefly interrupted by Aramith. Consternated bonus: Consternated enemies that attempt to deal damage are additionally feared for a few seconds.

  • Magic damage: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 40% AP)
  • Slow amount: 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40%

Dark Echoes

Active: Aramith leashes a target enemy champion for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage and applying Dark Echoes every 0.5 seconds. Dark Echoes stacks up to 6 times and increases damage taken from all sources. At the end of the duration or when the leash is broken, the target is dealt the same amount of damage again. Dark Echoes remains on the target for the time they were leashed. Consternation Bonus: If casted on a Consternated enemy, all enemies which become Consternated are dealt the same amount of damage as the primary target and gain the same number of stacks of Dark Echoes.

  • Magic Damage per second: 60 / 120 / 180 (+ 30% AP)
  • Increased damaged taken per stack: 1% / 3% / 5%
  • Leash range: 800
