When an enemy is hit with one of Arenae's abilities, they are affected by Cursed Sands for 4 seconds. If an enemy with Cursed Sands is hit with one of Arenea's abilities, Arenea is healed for 1% of his maximum health and the debuff is refreshed. This effect is doubled on champions.

Arenae slams the ground, causing a shockwave to emanate out in a 160 degree cone in front of him that deals magic damage and knocks up all enemies it comes into contact with as it spreads. The closer the enemy the more it is knocked up, with a maximum of 1 second and a minimum of 0.1 seconds. The shockwave slows down as it travels until it reaches the end of it's range.
Arenae's next basic attack does bonus magic damage and slows its target for 3 seconds. This slow diminishes over time. The total damage splashes around the target to deal 80% of the damage and apply 80% of the CC effect to units around the target, decaying down to 20% at the edge. The primary target is also stunned for 0.25 seconds. This resets Arenae's basic attack timer.

Arenae sacrifices his health to create a shield that absorbs damage equal to 200% the amount of health sacrificed for 8 seconds. Damage done to the shield will return 50% of damage done before reductions. The shield will do magic damage equal to its maximum strength in an area around Arenae when its duration ends or when the ability is reactivated after 4 seconds.
Arenae burrows underground, gaining movement speed and 50% damage and CC reduction. After 2.5 seconds or when he reactivates this ability, he explodes out of the ground, dealing magic damage in a circular radius and knocking up enemies in the center of the AoE for 1.25 seconds. Arenae is unable to basic attack or use abilities while underground.
