Ursula, the Sea witch is a custom champion.



Concept

Ursula is a tentacly effective mage when having to deal with hindering the enemies ; to do so she benefits from a large panel of crowd of control abilities over raw damage. However, while her ablities benefit from high base damage, promoting damage over tankiness could be deadly for her : considering her lack of range she needs to be in melee to excel in battle.



Abilities

Flotsam & Jetsam
Oddgasm Ursula Innate

Flotsam & Jetsam, Ursula's morays, assist her in battle ; after casting an ability, her next basic attack on an enemy champion will make one of her morays rush to hinder it, granting Sight icon sightand dealing 「 9 – 105 」「 9 - 105 (based on level) 」 (+ 15% AP) bonus magic damage on-it.

If the enemy champion is hindered by both morays at the same time, Ursula's next ability toward that unit will be enhanced, while the morays will go back to Ursula.

The morays will hinder the enemy ennemi pfor 6 seconds, until the unit die, or until Ursula uses an ability on the target.

Ursula loses the innate bonus magic damage on-hit if no moray is available.

Playful

Passive: Ursula stores a charge of Smash periodically, up to a maximum of 2 stored at once.

Active: Ursula violently smashes the ground with her tentacles, Slow icon slowing all units in front of her for 1,5 seconds and dealing magic damage. Enemies hit by 2 Smash in less than 3 seconds take only 40% damage from the second Smash. The Slow icon slowing effect doesn't stack but is refreshed.

Active: Ursula involves the tarteted champion in an abusive contract ; After 2 seconds, the contract closes in Ursula's favor, dealing magic damage to the enemy and Disarm iconSilence icon transforming it into a polyp.

  • Transformation Duration: 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.5

Flotsam & Jetsam: The enemy is instantaneouslyDisarm iconSilence icon transformed instead.


Tentacle whirl

COST: 70 mana
COOLDOWN: 7

Active: Ursula quickly spins, hiting nearby enemies with her tentacles, dealing magic damage and Root icon slowing them by 20% ; damaging an enemy champion boost her movement speed for 1 second.

  • Magic Damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 50% AP)


  • Slow Duration: 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75

Non-champion units are dealt 50% bonus damage.

  • MS Bonus: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

Flotsam & Jetsam: The enemies are Airborne icon knocked airborne for 1 second instead of being slowed.

Oddgasm Ursula R

Active: Ursula channels for 1,5 seconds in attempt to dive, before emerging in the selected area after a 0.5-second delay. She then emerges as the Ruler of the Ocean for 8 seconds, increasing her massively her size, HP, armor, magic resistance and range but Root icon anchors herself for the duration of the effect.

  • HP Bonus:400 / 550 / 700


  • Armor Bonus:15 / 25 / 35


  • Magic Resist Bonus:10 / 20 / 30

Water constantly flows in a large area around Ursula, where bigger waves appear, pulling ennemies 250 units toward her.

  • Number of waves:2 / 3 / 4


  • Delay between waves:4 / 2.5 / 2

Ursula loses the Flotsam & Jetsam passive ability, though all her abilities benefit from the additional effect instead.

Ursula can cancel this ability after 2 seconds of transformation, but will not refund cooldown.
