Mencer combine his first 2 substances that are reacting on an enemy champion to form a deadly effect. He can combine only 2 substances at a time except when he use The Catalyst of Perfection.
essence of fire and essence of sand: Slow the target by 15% / 25% / 35% for 3 seconds.
essence of fire and essence of acid: Deals 50 / 100 / 150(+ 50% AP) magic damage over 3 seconds.
essence of sand and essence of acid: Reduces the target's Ability Power and Attack Damage by 10% / 15% / 20% for 3 seconds.

FIRST CAST: Mencer inflict all enemies in a cone in front of him with Essence of Fire for 3 seconds.
Second CAST: All nearby enemies affected by Essence of Fire take magic damage even if it is in combination with other substance, and the Essence of Fire debuff is removed from the targets if is not in combination.
Passive: Mencer gain armor and ability power for each enemy champion affected by Essence of Sand.
ARMOR & ABILITY POWER per enemy: 4 / 7 / 10 / 13 / 16
Active: Mencer instantly teleports to a nearby target location and spreads Essence of Sand within 750 range that last 3 seconds.
Instability of Acid
COST: 70 mana
COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8
Active: Mencer throw a quantity of Acid toward a target enemy and creates a 220-radius instability zone for 4 seconds. Enemies that stand in the zone take magic damage once and receive essence of acid debuff for 3 seconds
Active: Mencer refresh cooldown of all of his abilities and for 10 seconds he will deal 25% less damage from regular abilities applying the catalyst. If he apply the catalyst on an enemy champion that is affected by all 3 substances (even in combination), he deals magic damage and stun the target for 1 second.
