I feel like, at the moment, League of Legends doesn't have enough Bruiser Mages, which is how I set this guy up. I tried to make it so he could jungle, tank, mage, or bruiser effectively without being punished (this probably caused some balance issues, let me know in the comments section below). I also thought that we needed a Battle Mage, and lightining is cool, so here he is. The ultimate may need changing (again comments section). This is my first Custom Champion Concept, so I would appreciate constructive criticism rather than hate for the obvious flaws (I know there will be hundreds of them).
