Dusk, the Shadowed Blade, is not a champion in League of Legends.
Piltover is a land filled with technological prowess, with some people boasting the ability to use a singular weapon as both a Hammer and a Cannon, to save those in trouble. Then, there's the people who cause the trouble. These people used a combination of stealth and thievery to steal the technology needed to succeed in even the most arduous of heists. People, like Dusk.
Dusk was born into the slums of Piltover and was taught in the art of stealth since he was a child. He was never to trust anybody but the "Family", a group of thieves that rely on technology to steal the most valuable items in Runeterra.
Dusk was relentless in his pursuit for goods and power. That was when he stumbled across the Shadow Isles, a land shrouded in mystery, a lot like he was. Entering the Shadow Isles, Dusk was eventually trapped there by a combination of intrugue and... well... he got lost. Exposed to the darkness of the Isles, it began to reform him, and he became a being of shadow.

Dusk grows in power the longer he remains in the darkness, gaining bonus damage equal to 2+[0.5x level]% of his AD per 5 seconds for his next attack the longer he remains out of sight from enemy champions, which caps at 60% of his AD. Additionally, Dusk deals 250% damage with a critical strike.
Bonus damage does not grow if Dusk is in the base.
If Dusk has "Infinity Edge", he will deal 300% damage with a critical strike.

Active: Dusk fires a grapple hook that can latch onto enemy champions and terrain. If Dusk hits a player champion, he pulls himself towards the enemy champion and appears behind them, with his next basic attack dealing bonus damage equal to 3/5/7/9/11% of the target's maximum health. If Dusk hits terrain, he pulls himself towards the terrain, but if he activates this ability again, he will push off the ground, instead landing where the cursor was present on activation.
Spell shields spell shields will block the grapple and the bonus damage effect will not activate.
The cooldown of this ability is halfed if Dusk misses both terrain and an enemy champion
Passive: Dusk's basic attacks inflict Grievous Wounds to enemy champions hit for 5s. This ability cannot occur on the same target within 15s.
Physical Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+30% AD)
Active: Dusk heats up his blade, dealing bonus physical damage equal to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+30% AD) . Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of this ability by 0.5s. Critical Strikes reduce the cooldown by 1s.
Bladed Gauntlet has no cast time and does not interrupt Dusk's previous orders.
Active: Dusk activates a charged shadow reactor located on his chest, allowing him to phase through any terrain he collides with for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. Dusk leaves behind a shadow trail during the ability's duration.
Active: Dusk clouds himself in a ball of shadow and, after a one-second channel, shifts himself anywhere within the ability's range, dealing 200 / 300 / 400 (+ 110% AD). Dusk takes no damage in this form. Dusk's next basic attack deals 30 / 50 / 70 (+ 10% AD) bonus true damage per champion hit, capping at 90 / 150 / 210 (+ 30% AD) true damage.

Slave of the Shadow Isles is an area of effect and self-buff ability.
Spell shields will block the damage from the initial explosion, but the basic attack damage will trigger.
If Dusk takes more than five seconds to shift, the ability will cancel and will be reduced to a 10s cooldowm which is unaffected by cooldown reduction.
