Millennial Blade
Millennial Blade is a champion design modeled after that uses a new form of ability advancement, termed MEXUPs: Mutually EXclusive Upgrade Pairs. Under this system, when you level up and put a point into an ability, instead of simply making some numbers bigger or smaller, you proceed to select one of two upgrades for that level, and you cannot change your decision later. On this page, each set of upgrade pairs is listed below the main ability description.

Julius
Julius, the Terror's Reckoning is a champion concept for League of Legends. He is modeled after the vampire hunters of the Castlevania series, especially the classics. His primary weapon is a whip (which may change in appearance as points are put into Slayer).
Julius's concept is still up in the air and highly experimental; many of the numbers provided are completely random until a better grasp of his power and playstyle is cemented. I'm aware that his skillset likely feels very bland; feel free to suggest more interesting aspects for his abilities.
