Julius, the Terror's Reckoning is a champion concept for League of Legends.  He is modeled after the vampire hunters of the Castlevania series, especially the classics. His primary weapon is a whip (which may change in appearance as points are put into Slayer).

Julius's concept is still up in the air and highly experimental; many of the numbers provided are completely random until a better grasp of his power and playstyle is cemented.  I'm aware that his skillset likely feels very bland; feel free to suggest more interesting aspects for his abilities.

Julius has a base amount of ability power equal to 51.8 + 320% Julius's level. All other sources of ability power (including runes, masteries, items, and percent bonuses) grant half of their normal amount.


Knife

Active: Julius throws a knife in target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it hits. At third and fifth rank, Julius throws another knife. Each enemy can only be hit by one knife; any remaining knives continue through that enemy.

Active: Julius throws a boomerang cross in target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies it hits. At the extent of its range the cross reverses direction. If Julius catches the cross, half of its mana cost is refunded; otherwise, the cross continues to travel double the initial range backwards.

Holy Water

Active: Julius throws a flask of holy water to target point, setting the area ablaze for 3 seconds. Enemies who touch the fire become more vulnerable to damage for 3 seconds, and take magic damage while in the area. Allies who touch the fire gain damage resistance for 3 seconds, and are healed while in the area.

  • Enemy damage vulnerability: 5% / 7.5% / 10% / 12.5% / 15%
