Everytime his attack speed increases his bonus ad increases. He will gain 25/30/35/40/45/50 bonus attack damage multiply by his flat attack speed. Example: Level=3,current attack speed=1.5 attack per second. Computations: 25 x 1.5 = 37.5 bonus attack damage.
