Active: Connie teleports in front of target enemy, dealing magic damage to them or Connie teleports in front of target ally. A 200 meter flux will around her target and herself, dealing 10% less magic damage and slowing all enemies by 35% in the area.
Active: Connie causes a ripple in time to appear around herself dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies. All slowed enemies that are hit by it will be stunned for 0.5 seconds but dealt 10% less damage.
Active: Connie rewrites her timeline, causing a time agent's chain launch from her. The first enemy champion hit will be dealt magic damage and sent into stasis for 3 seconds. While in stasis the champion can not attack, move, or cast abilities but can not be harmed. When the stasis ends the champion will be stunned for 1 second.
