Passive: Whenever Elpis uses a basic ability she reduces all her other cooldowns and all the cooldowns of all allies within 800 range by a set amount. This effect can't ocurre more than once every 4 seconds.

Active: Elpis grants target ally or herself four stacks of Lightning Herald for 8 seconds, whenever a champion with Lighting Herald uses an ability they unleash a chain lighting and lose a stack of Lighting Herald. Chain lighting does magical damage to the closest enemy within 600 range prioritizing champions and then bounces to up to three additional enemies within range, each bounce reduces the damage by 15%. Upon using Herald of Lighting Elpis also unleashes a chain lighting.
Active: Elpis causes lighting to strike target location after a 0.75 seconds delay, dealing magic damage in target 300 range radius from 100% damage in the center to 25% at the edges.
Elpis creates an electrical charge every few seconds, up to a maximum of 5 stored at once; this creation time is affected by cooldown reduction. Upon death Elpis will lose all her charges. Sky Spear has a static cooldown of 2.5 seconds.
Sky Hammer: Every 10 seconds her next Sky spear will become a Sky Hammer, dealing 40% increased damage, increasing AOE to a radius of 400 range and will stun all targets hit from 1.5 seconds in the center to 0.5 on the edges.
