ps. I didn't read the last PBE patch notes, so if some changes are equal don't flame.

  • Yay , Aatrox buff have been changed. Also Annie nerf.

Buff: Aatrox Aatrox , Alistar Alistar , Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks , Karthus Karthus , Nautilus Nautilus , Nocturne Nocturne , Shaco  Shaco , Vladimir Vladimir.

Small Changes: Anivia Anivia , Amumu Amumu , Taric Taric , Tristana Tristana.

Nerfs: Annie Annie , Fizz Fizz , Gragas Gragas , Lux Lux , Renekton Renekton.

Champions

Aatrox Aatrox

  • Blood Well.png Blood Well
    • Attack speed bonus changed to 0.8% flat from 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1 / 1.1%.
    • Stasis reduced to 1.5 from 3.
  • Dark Flight.png Dark Flight
    • Cooldown changed to 14 from 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12.
    • Damage reduced to to 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 from 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250.
    • Ratio AD changed to (50% of total AD) from (60% of bonus AD).
  • Blood Thirst.png Blood Thirst
    • Heal increased to 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 from 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40.
    • Ratio AD increased to (20% of total AD) from (25% of bonus AD).
    • Doesn't heal three time as much when under 50% of maximum health.
  • Blades of Torment.png Blades of Torment
    • Ratio AP removed.
    • Ratio AD increased to (50% of total AD) from (60% of bonus AD).
  • Massacre.png Massacre
    • Damage reduced to 100 / 150 / 200 from 200 / 300 / 400.
    • Ratio changed to (60% of bonus AD) from (100% AP).

Reasons: Allright, let's explain. These changes are based to make Aatrox more fighter then tanky. Most of the ratios got changed from Bonus AD to Total AD so he will have a stronger early game.

Anivia Anivia

  • Flash Frost.png Flash Frost
    • Projectile speed increased to 1350 from 850.
    • Stun radius increased to 150 from 75.

Reasons: We all know Anivia's Flash Frost has a slow projectile speed and makes this skill a little hard to hit.

Annie Annie

  • Pyromania.png Pyromania
    • Stun duration reduced to 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 from 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75.
    • Now can't stun the same target within 9 seconds.
  • Disintegrate.png Disintegrate
    • Cooldown changed to 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 from 4 at all ranks.
    • Damage reduced on early ranks to 65 / 110 / 155 / 200 / 245 from 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245.
  • Incinerate.png Incinerate
    • Cooldown increased to 11 seconds from 8 seconds.
    • Damage reduced to 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280

Reasons: Annie was really strong on early game if played as support, usually support are not used to build much magic resist so, it will help many squishy supports.

Alistar Alistar

  • Trample.png Trample (Remake)
    • Now grants 15 armor and magic resist after using an ability to all nearby allied for 2 seconds. Stacks up to 2 times.
  • Unbreakable Will.png Unbreakable Will
    • Now instead of removing all crowd control effect grants him immunity to crowd control.
    • Damage reduction changed to 40% / 65% / 90% from 50% / 60% / 70%

Reasons: Shall i explain it? Alistar just disappeared. Buff incoming >^3^<!

Amumu Amumu

  • Bandage Toss.png Bandage Toss
    • Now reduces the cooldown by 50% if hit an enemy.
    • Now deals 50% of the damage skill as aoe damage in a 150 radius to all enemies around the target.

Reasons: Just a little buff to the sad mumu :D

Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks

  • Terrify.png Terrify
    • Fear duration changed to 1 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.2 from 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25.
  • Drain.png Drain
    • If the Drain is stopped by moving, the cooldown is reduced by 50%.
  • Crowstorm.png Crowstorm
    • No longer needs to channel.
    • Now fear all enemies hit for 1 second causing them to run into fiddlesticks' ultimate.

Reasons: Fiddlesticks is an easy counterjunglable champion, it will never change. So with these changes he's now able to play midlane.

Fizz Fizz

  • Seastone Trident.png Seastone Trident
    • Duration increased to 5 seconds with the same TOTAL damage.
  • Chum the Waters.png Chum the Waters
    • Slow reduced to 25% / 40% / 55% from 50% / 60% / 70%.
    • Base Damage reduced to 150 / 250 / 350 from 200 / 325 / 450.
    • Ratio reduced to (75% AP) from (100% AP).

Reasons: What to say, the fish is a little broken, we all know. These nerfs may help!

Gragas Gragas

  • Happy Hour.png Happy Hour
    • Regeneration increased to 4% over 2 seconds from 2% over 4 seconds.
  • Barrel Roll.png Barrel Roll
    • Base Damage reduced to 65 / 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 from 85 / 135 / 185 / 235 / 285.
  • Explosive Cask.png Explosive Cask
    • Base Damage reduced to 150 / 250 / 350 from 200 / 325 / 450.
    • Ratio reduced to (75% AP) from (100% AP).
    • Knockback reduced to 450 from 600.

Reasons: I made these changes to buff a little the late game tankyness of Gragas and nerf his mid-game damage. These changes aim to make Gragas a little more avaible Top Lane.

Karthus Karthus

  • NOW HAVE A DAMNED GOOD TIMING ON BASIC ATTACKS !
  • Base health increased to 447 from 390
  • Health per level increased to 80 from 75
  • Attack Damage increased to 48.6 from 42.2
  • Attack Damage per level increased to 3.7 from 3.2
  • Lay Waste.png Lay Waste
    • Cooldown changed to 1.9 / 1.6 / 1.3 / 1 / 0.7 from 1 at all ranks.
    • Base damage increased to 55 / 80 / 105 / 120 / 145 from 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120.
    • Ratio AP increased to (50% AP) from (30% AP)
  • Requiem.png Requiem
    • Cooldown reduced to 100 / 90 / 80 from 200 / 180 / 160
    • Damage reduced to 200 / 300 / 400 from 250 / 400 / 550
    • Ratio increased to (75% AP) from (60% AP)

Reasons: Karthus really need to return into the mid lane meta. His auto attacks was really meh.

Lux Lux

  • Prismatic Barrier.png Prismatic Barrier
    • Cooldown increased to 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 from 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10

Reasons: Was too much spammable with 40% cooldown reduction.

Nautilus Nautilus

  • Base health lowered to 410 from 432.
  • Health per level increased to 101 from 86.
  • Base mana reduced to 187 from 200.
  • Mana per level increased to 61 from 50.
  • Staggering Blow.png Staggering Blow
    • Trigger cooldown lowered to 8 seconds from 12.
    • Crowd control changed into a stun from a root.
  • Titan&#039;s Wrath.png Titan's Wrath
    • Mana cost reduced at early ranks to 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 from 80 at all ranks
    • Cooldown lowered to 15 at all ranks from 22 / 21 / 20 / 19 / 18.
  • Riptide.png Riptide
    • Cooldown changed to 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 from 10 at all ranks.
    • No more deals less damage if hit by 2 or more wave.
    • Slow percentage changed to 10% / 25% / 40% / 55% / 70% from 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% / 50%.
    • Slow duration increased to 3.5 seconds from 2 seconds.
    • Slow now decays over the duration.


Reasons: Nautilus was one of these champions that was falling down cause of an early jungle too slow. Adjusting his cooldowns and his costs, the camp clearing will be easier.

Nocturne Nocturne

  • Shroud of Darkness.png Shroud of Darkness
    • Duration increased to 2.5 seconds from 1.5 seconds
  • Unspeakable Horror.png Unspeakable Horror
    • Now instantly fear the target and deals damage over the duration.
  • Paranoia.png Paranoia
    • Launch range greatly increased to 3000 / 4250 / 5500 from 2000 / 2750 / 3500

Reasons: Nocturne is very dependent on his ultimate so, increasing his range, will also increase the efficency.

Renekton Renekton

  • Cull the Meek.png Cull the Meek
    • Cooldown increased to 12 seconds from 8 seconds.
    • Base damage changed to 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140.
    • Ratio changed to (50% of total AD) from (80% of bonus AD).
  • Ruthless Predator.png Ruthless Predator
    • Cooldown changed to 13 seconds at all ranks from 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9.

Reasons: Winning a toplane against a good Renekton is one of the hardest thing to do cause of his high burst and his sustain. Increasing his cooldowns and decreasing his damages will make his early game more "avaible".


Shaco Shaco

  • Backstab.png Backstab
    • Damage from behind increased to 35% from 20%.
  • Deceive.png Deceive
    • Stealth duration increased to 6 seconds from 3.5 seconds.
    • Base critical damage increased to 170% / 190% / 200% / 220% / 240%.
  • Jack in the Box.png Jack In The Box
    • Duration increased to 95 seconds.
    • Attack duration increased to 7 seconds from 5 seconds.
  • Hallucinate.png Hallucinate
    • Untargettable duration increased to 1 / 1.5 / 2 seconds from 0.5 second.
    • Clone duration lowered to 10 seconds from 18 seconds.
    • Now properly goes on cooldown when the clone dies instead of when summoned.
    • Damage reduced to 150 / 300 / 450 from 300 / 450 / 600
    • Ratio changed to (100% of bonus AD) from (100% AP).

Reasons: Shaco was dealing low damage with Jack In The Box, so increasing the duration will make an higher damage. Also the untargettable duration has been improved, so it can't be used anymore to follow people instead it can be used to save your life.

Taric Taric

  • Gemcraft.png Gemcraft
    • If a minion is under 200 hp will be executed granting golds to the nearest allied champion.

Reasons: Outrageous.

Tristana Tristana

  • Rapid Fire.png Rapid Fire
    • Cooldown increased to 24 seconds from 20 seconds.
    • Attack speed changed to 50% / 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% from 30% / 45% / 60% / 75% / 90%
    • Now reduces cooldown by 1 seconds whenever Tristana attack an enemy unit. 2 seconds if attacking an enemy champion.
  • Explosive Shot.png Explosive Shot
    • Changed to a skill shot from a target skill.
    • Damage Duration lowered to 2 seconds from 5 seconds. (Same damage)
    • Damage changed to physical from magical.
    • Range changed to 850 from 550(703 at level 18).
  • Buster Shot.png Buster Shot
    • Changed to a skill shot from a target skill.

Reasons: Tristana was made only of basic attacks. Improving her skill into a skillshot will make her funnier to play.

Vladimir Vladimir

  • Crimson Pact.png Crimson Pact
    • No more gives AP with bonus health.
    • Bonus health ratio increased to 165% from 140%.
  • Sanguine Pool.png Sanguine Pool
    • Cost decreased to (10% of currently health) from (20% of currently health).
  • Hemoplague.png Hemoplague
    • Radius increased to 300 from 175.
    • Damage increased from all sourches adjusted to 10% / 15% / 20% from 12% at all ranks.
    • Damage delay lowered to 3.5 seconds from 5 seconds.

Reasons: With this small buff Vladimir will be still avaible on midlane.
