(Active): Chime can activate this ability twice more within 2 seconds to cause damage to the enemy hit and the enemy with the lowest percentage health near them. (Prioritises champions.) It applies his passive, but no other on-hit effects.
(Toggle On): Every time Chime uses an ability, all of his other abilities have their cooldowns reduced. Chime also reduces all damage that enemies deal by an amount equal to the damage they would take from Countdown. (The damage reduction applies to any of his allies, including buildings and minions, but not to neutral monsters. This reduction is applied after crit and resistances take effect.)

(Active): Chime gains health and movement speed, and slows the movement of all enemies with Countdown stacks. Enemies who reach max Countdown stacks at any part of the spell are stunned for 1 second. This effect can only occur once per cast.
