I totally wasn't meaning to include all seven below. I went into this thinking, I really shouldn't do that, there's no need.
Then, with the design of the skills and the way the effects worked and how they were, it just seemed natural. There was a clear divide in parts of skills during design.
Quell the Lust
|(Innate): After any allied champion near Maple takes preventable physical damage from a champion, they gain a shield for 5 seconds equal to
of the damage taken. (Does not provide a shield based on damage that was itself shielded or prevented.)|
|(Active): Maple fires a bolt of concentrated mana, which on hit slows the movement of an enemy and deals magic damage, then bounces once in the direction of the nearest enemy champion (this bounce also acts as a skillshot and can be blocked by creeps or other targets).
The bounce has half damage and slow duration.
Slow duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds
Magic Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+0.5 per ability power)
|(Active): Maple can activate this ability again within 3 seconds to silence and slow the movement and attack speed of targets hit by Instil Pride. This ability has full effect on both targets.
Silence duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds
Slow duration: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds
|(Passive): Allies near Maple gain magic resistance.
(Active): Target ally gains damage reduction.
Magic resistance: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30
Damage reduction: 5% / 7.5% / 10% / 12.5% / 15%
Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds
|(Active): Maple can activate this ability again within 3 seconds to give the same ally increased armour and magic penetration.
Penetrations: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25
|(Passive): Allies near Maple gain life steal and spell vamp.
(Active): Allies near Maple gain attack speed and mana.
Passive stats: 2% / 3.5% / 5% / 6.5% / 8%
Cost: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 mana
Attack Speed: 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35%
Mana gain: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 mana
|(Active): Maple can activate this ability again within 3 seconds to give nearby allies movement speed and armour.
Cost: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 mana
Movement Speed and Armour: 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 / 30
|(Active): Maple heals her nearby allies based on the % of missing health of an enemy champion.
Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 110 seconds
Heal at 100%: 100 / 175 / 250 (+0.4 per ability power)
Heal at 20%: 200 / 350 / 500 (+0.8 per ability power)
|(Active): Maple can activate this ability again within 7 seconds to cause the same amount of magic damage to that enemy. If this would kill them, they are instead left at 1 hp. Maple takes true damage for the same amount as they took after resistances and reduction.
Maple cannot cast this if that damage would kill her.
