Ansila, the Ionian Waterfall is a custom champion in League of Legends.

Abilities

Rain Strike

First Ansila's basic attack against any target deals true damage instead of physical and reduces its attack and movement speed by 20% for 1.5 seconds. This effect can't occur more than once per 12 seconds against same target. Hitting an enemy champion with any ability reduces Rain Strike's cooldown by 1 second.

Ansila strikes the target with both legs and arm at same moment, dealing physical damage equal to her attack damage plus additional magic damage and knocks the target away for 300 units. Then, she can use Anchor Kick within a brief time of 0.75 seconds.

Casting Waterfall Serpents again within 2.25 seconds will cause it to deal increased damage and consume 5% of Ansila's movement speed with each subsequent cast, stacking up to 10 times. Movement speed is instantly returned if stacks are gone.

Killing an enemy champion with Waterfall Serpents instantly refreshes Rain Strike's Cooldown.

Using this ability does not interrupts actual moves/attacks.

Mercury Threads are surely needed due to fact that single hard CC can prevent from casting the ability again. This is really important when stacking Waterfall Serpents.

Black Cleaver has here an awesome potential due to spammable physical damage.

Trinity Force for same reason as above.

Bloodthirster allows to easily stack some damage and gain pretty nice lifesteal.

Last Whisper because armor stacking is so simple. You can't do too much against tons of armor.

Youmuu would allow her to successfully chase the enemy even with hardly stacked Waterfall Serpents.

Randuin for teamfight and sustain goodies. High mobility has great use with placement of Randuin's active, not to mention succesful chasing with Waterfall Serpents.

Malmortius is obvious choice against magic damage.

Shurelya as another item that synergizes with Waterfall Serpents.

Trinity switches to Gauntlet depending on actual game.
