Shinarch tosses a shiny rock to selected place, dealing physical damage to enemies it passes through. At the end of range, the rock explodes, dealing magic damage to enemies in 200 range and reducing their attack range for 2 seconds.
Passive: Shinarch's abilities deal aditional damage over 3 seconds. This damage does not procs unique spell effects such as Rylai's slow, but still procs magic penetration etc.
Active: Sends a small light towards, dealing magic damage to first target hit. If the target is standing back, it earns additional magic damage and becomes rooted for 1 second.
Shinarch channels all the light inside him for 1 second, instantly healing himself, dealing magic damage to all enemies nearby and revealing 2000-range area around him. After the channel ends, he gains increased movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
