The Buff and Debuff List is the League of Legends Wiki newest long-term project. We have a page for every champion, item, spell and mastery there is, as well as a list of every rune and its effect. The objective of this project is to create a list for every buff there is in the game, adding some characteristics. This way we wil have the information stored to use in future projects as well as maybe adding them to each champion.
If you want to contribute to this project, you can make a practice game and check a champion and the buffs its abilities cause to itself or other targets. You could also check the buffs and debuffs caused by an item and add it to the second list.
