A Rush of Blood to the Head is a passive ability that triggers on taking a non-trivial amount of damage.

Active: Gilbert's next auto-attack is an enormous swinging punch, which winds up for 0.5s and then deals heavy damage to the target, knocking it back 200 units and stunning it for 0.5s. Other enemies nearby will be knocked out of the way and take 20% of the damage.
Active: Gilbert jumps onto the back of the targetted champion. For four seconds, or until reactivated, or another ability is used, or Gilbert is affected by a crowd control effect, Gilbert will ride that champion wherever they go. Enemy targets he is riding will be unable to directly target Gilbert for the duration, and will take bleeding damage for 6 seconds after being grabbed.
Backpack is usable on any allied or enemy champion. Gilbert will attach to their back, and follow them wherever they go, including their use of dashes or teleports such as Pantheon's Grand Skyfall. Enemies cannot stealth while Gilbert is on their back, but if allies he is riding are stealthed, Gilbert too will be invisible.
The cooldown on Backpack does not begin until after Gilbert dismounts.
Whilst being ridden, an enemy champion cannot directly target Gilbert or attack him and their skill shots will miss him, but they can still affect him with area of effect abilities, and other champions can target him as normal.
