S starts with 50 Time, and has a cap of 100 Time. He gains 5 Time per autoattack, but losts 10 Time to use a ability. Upon reaching 100 Time, his next ability will consume 50 Time for a enhanced effect. If he have 0 Time, is snared but untargetable while balancing the source (50). When out of combat for 10 seconds, Time resource is equilibrated (50).
