Active: Chernok extends a tentacle in a line that will latch onto the first enemy champion it comes into contact with, linking Chernok to this champion, dealing damage and slowing it by 40%. Whilst the tether is active, Chernok will stay within at least 520 units of the target by being dragged along with it, following dashes, blinks and teleports if necessary.
The tether can be broken by reactivating the ability, or hard crowd control effects.

Chernok may drag enemies with him by moving during the duration of this ability, but may not use any special means of movement such as flash or Thresh's lantern, or Submerge.
Chernok gains bonus armour and magic resist during the use of this ability.
