Demand Satisfaction

By returning damage to a target that has damaged Isaac in the last 3 seconds, Isaac demands satisfaction from this target. For the next 5 seconds or until the target dies, Isaac takes 10% / 15% / 20% damage reduction from other targets and deals 10% / 15% / 20% increased damage to the target. Only one target can be the target of Demand Satisfaction at once. This effect has a 20 second static cooldown.

Active: Isaac exhales thick smoke from his pipe in a 90 degree cone for 3 seconds. Enemy units in the smoke are slowed and have their vision range reduced to 750. The slow intensifies by an additional 8%, and the vision range is further reduced by 50, for each 0.5 seconds units stay in the smoke.

Doff The Hat

Active: Isaac removes his hat and tosses it to a nearby location, where it will zap nearby enemies, dealing magic damage every 0.5 seconds in a 100 radius for the next 2 seconds. For the next 2.5 seconds, Isaac may reactivate this ability to jump to the hat, cancelling the remainder of the damage.

Active: Isaac grabs an enemy champion and dances with them, dealing a large amount of physical damage and suppressing them for the duration of the dance. Whilst the dance lasts, Isaac and the target move at Isaac's movement speed in the direction of the angle between himself and the champion he is dancing with. If either champion is not attempting to move, then the dance will move in the direction of the moving champion.
