Kalasha, the Protective Whirlwind is a custom champion in League of Legends.

Abilities

Frigid Winds

Her dire flail, Frosttomb, possesses magical properties, allowing Kalasha to slow several enemies at once with her abilites. All other enemies within 180 range of an enemy that has been affected by a slow from one of Kalashas abilities are slowed for half the duration. If an enemy would get several slows because of Frigid Winds or a combination of an ability plus Frigid Winds, then only the strongest slow will be applied.

COST: 100 / 95 / 90 / 85 / 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12

Active: Kalasha emits waves of frost for 5 seconds, slowing herself and enemies within range by 15% until they get out of range. The slow (for herself and the enemies) increases over the course of 4 seconds, up to 95%. Enemies outside of range are not affected by Frigid Winds.

Enemies that stay within range for 4 seconds are stunned, receiving magic damage in the process.

Forced Hibernation can be activated again to end the ability early, instantly dealing half the magic damage to enemies within range.

  • Magic Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 60% AP)
  • Stun Duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2


Frosttombs Touch
COST: 45 mana
COOLDOWN: 9

Passive: Auto-attacking increases her attack speed for 3 seconds. This stacks up to 5 times.

  • Attack Speed Bonus: +3% / +4% / +5% / +6% / +7%

Active: Kalasha gains +30% attack speed for 3 seconds and her auto-attacks slows the target for 1 second.

  • Slow Strength: 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%


Ice Thorn

COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 mana

Active: A spike made of ice is thrown into the air, landing on target 50-radius area after a delay of 0.5 seconds, dealing magic damage. Additionally, Kalasha deals additional magic damage with her auto-attacks on enemies damaged by Ice Thorn for 3 seconds if they have been slowed beforehand.

  • Magic Damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+ 20% AP)
  • Bonus Magic Damage: 35% / 40% / 45% / 50% / 55% AP

COST: 150 / 175 / 200 mana
COOLDOWN: 130 / 115 / 100

Active: A strong blizzard hails over the map, reducing the vision range of every enemy unit by 100 / 200 / 300 and applying Grievous Wounds to them for the duration. At the same time, Kalasha gains bonus armor, magic resistance and tenacity for every enemy champion visible to her. Units with True Sight are not affected by the vision range reduction.
