Active: Magnum places a small device on the ground, which stealths and arms after 1 second. While armed, the device grant vision in a 212.5 radius. If an enemy comes within 150 range of the device, it will detonate within 400 radius and release iron dusts, magnetising all enemies within the small area and dealing damage over 5 seconds. Each device has 50 health and can only be destroyed by auto-attacks.
The devices have a 1 minute duration. Only 3 devices can be armed at once.
Active: Magnum creates a fluctuating magnetic field around him, healing himself, then his allies, one by one, per second, for 5 seconds. The most wounded ally gets healed first. Each allied champion only receives one heal.

Active: Magnum reduces a target enemy champion or turret's damage output for 3 seconds.
An iron rod falls from the sky, impaling onto the ground. Magnetised enemies are either pulled towards the centre, or pushed outwards. Also dealing damage to all enemies based on maximum health.
The playing mechanism is like Twisted Fate's W.
