As Rai runs out of mana he becomes increasingly frenzied, empowering his strikes with bonus magic damage equal to 8 / 8.5 / 9 / 9.5 / 10% of his total missing mana.

Active: Rai slashes in a 60º arc in front of him, dealing physical damage to all enemy units within 500 range. Rai can cast Arcane Wave again within 10 seconds to deal increased damage, but for an increased mana cost. This can only occur up to 3 times.
Active: Rai concentrates Arcane energy into a humanoid shape and binds it to his will, sending it forward to attack the first enemy it comes into contact with. If it deals damage, it will slow its target for 2 seconds and then jump to any available enemy target within range, increasing its slow for each additional target.
Passive: Rai places a mark of restoration on himself which converts mana in the air into energy, passively granting him bonus Health regeneration.
Health Regen / 5 sec: 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 (+ 0.5% of max mana)
Active: Rai unleashes the mark's power on an ally or himself, immediately restoring HP but disabling the passive regeneration for 6 seconds. The active heal has a 20% weaker effect on Rai.

Rai starts to coalesce all the mana and energy in the air into a single location after channeling for 0.5 seconds, slowing all enemies within 650 range and for 0.75 seconds after leaving it. After 2 seconds, the condensed energy explodes, dealing magic damage and reapplying the slow to all enemies hit for an additional 2 seconds.
The explosion also leaves a mark on all enemy champions it hits for 5 seconds, increasing Rai’s physical and magic damage dealt to those targets (this damage is calculated before armor and spell penetration).
