This is my first real thought through champion suggestion, most of mine are just a spur of the moment ideas. I'm not good at doing stats so a lot of these are probably going to be revised. I'm open to some suggestions. Theres also a mistake i can't seem to fix where whenever i enter %s it puts the first stat at the back behind the last one. I'm going to add my thoughts on each ability and how i intend them to work together soon.
|(Innate): Each time Makros lands a basic attack he gains a stack of Malice up to 8. When Makros uses an ability the stacks are consumed. For each stack of Malice he had Makros will heal for 8% of the damage dealt.
ex: Makros lands 7 basic attacks then activates an ability causing him to heal for 56% of the damage he dealt.
|(Passive): Makros's basic attacks deal bonus damage and mark his target, applying stacks of "Dread".
(Activate): Makros harvests all dread stacks dealing damage equal to a percentage of the targets health based on many stacks were on them up to a cap.
Cooldown: 24 / 22 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds
Bonus Attack Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 10
True Damage per stack: 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3% 1
Max. HP Damage: 4.4% / 5.6% / 6.8% / 7% 3.2%
|(activate): Makros dashes to the targeted location, dealing damage to enemies he hits. In addition for every second Makros does not take damage after using this ability(excluding damage over time effects) the duration of all slows currently effecting him are reduced by .5 seconds.
Physical Damage: 70 / 90 / 100 / 140 / 180 (+0.7 per attack damage)
|(Active): Mark target champion, all damage Makros deals against that target is amplified. If Makros deals the killing blow to an enemy who has been marked by Terrorize, the ability will instantly refresh.
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds
Damage Amplification: 6% / 9% / 12% / 15% 3%
|(Active): Makros jumps to target enemies grabbing hold of them, applying grievous wound and stunning them for 2 seconds causing them to take damage every second for the duration of the ability. If Death Grip is interrupted the target will continue to take 50% of the damage that would have been dealt if it had finished.
Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 110 seconds
Physical Damage: 130 / 180 / 220 (1.2 per bonus attack damage)
Physical Damage per Second: 50 / 100 / 150 (+1 per bonus attack damage)
I've made a few changes thanks to the quick feedback i've gotten. As SpamlsFakeHam and others pointed out Makros had a large number of marks which could easily be hard countered by Quick Silver Sash. With Makros i really want to have the feel that he's a terrifying predator who's hunting his enemies down. I feel like using those marks to single out and destroy a specific target would really give him that feel, so i'm going to keep the marks from Dread Talon and Terrorize, but rather change his passive so that the Malice stacks are built up on Makros himself rather then his enemies, so that while the other two can be cleansed off he can still activate an ability and get his saved up heal off. Looking back on his passive i realized that while it ties in to his abilities very good i didn't feel like it would build up fast enough to be effective so i've upped the health from damage conversion from 7% to 8% which I feel this will make it effective, however i've also added an 8 stack limit to keep his abilities from turning into Warwick's old Hungering Strike every few basic attacks.
