Gabriel, The Cursed Inquisitor is an unfinished champion concept for League of Legends.
"We all have our demons. I, however, chose to slay mine."― Gabriel
Gabriel was once a High Inquisitor of an order of demon hunters. He took pride in his work, mercilessly slaying any beast his superiors demanded him to. He took on all manner of beast, from the night prowling, to the blood consuming. Working his way through the ranks of this ancient order, Gabriel had become a legend. This, however, quickly became infamy among the friends of the night. His head soon carried a bounty, sought after by the most evil of fiends.
His final task, to rid the real of all evil, he thought. The proud hunter had walked directly into a trap. An ambush of all sorts, the beings of darkness overwhelmed the Inquisitor, subduing him, and taking him to their master.
The evil being laughed at his prize, relishing in the fact: one of the most coveted beast slayers of the realm has landed at his feet. But, the evil being would not stop there. He wanted the Inquisitor to suffer, like his kin had. He saved the hunter's life, but cursed him...
The demon slayer was no more. In his place, a blood thirsty monster arose. In his anger, he returned to the evil being's lair, slaying it and all its minions. He could not return to the Order, not in this shape. So Gabriel chose to slumber, in his new lair. He would rest for hundreds of years, until the land would appreciate his new power.
I've had this idea for a while, and I had initially created Gabriel as a Dota character, but I feel he is better suited for League. So I adapted his abilities to the League template, and I feel it suits him.
This champion's synergy comes from stacking up enemies to land his Ult, Sanguine Swarm. Stake Thrower puts enemies in a group, and Silvershot Volley will deal a bit of damage to the group. Followed up by a good SS, the stragglers can be taken on as slowed chase units, or large group damage can be dealt. Death Warrant and his Swarmlings gives Gabriel ample single target potential as well.
The character is unfinished, since I'm not the best at balancing stats, but I'd say its a good start.
I'll make changes as I see fit.
This like is the template I used, sandwich and all. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Special:CreateBlogPage?preload=User_blog:Mineko_Charat_Lucky/Behold,_a_Sandwich
