Ruina summons a violent hurricane at a target location after a brief delay, which deals magic damage per second to all enemies in the area of effect.

The hurricane lasts for 7 seconds and expands outwards to a maximum range (from 200-675) by 5 seconds.

Additionally, enemy champions caught by the edge of the hurricane are knocked up in the air for 1 second and drawn towards the center of the hurricane, taking additional magic damage. This effect can only occur once per enemy champion.

  • Magic Damage Per Second: 30 / 70 / 120 (+ 20% AP)
  • Magic Damage for Knockup: 80 / 160 / 240 (+ 45% AP)
  • Maximum Magic Damage (Including Knockup): 290 / 650 / 1080 (+ 285% AP)


Notes: Basic combo in lane would be 1 Storm's Call empowered auto-attack (since her range is 575) to knock the enemy up, followed up by Windbreaker and Gale Force to knock the enemy back, preventing retaliation.
