Sudden Downdraft
(Active) Despin calls the wind to rush down onto a nearby location, knocking back enemies away from the center of the AoE. For the next 3 seconds, enemies are slowly pushed away from the center of the AoE. This push can be a flat MS increase or decrease depending on the direction the enemy is traveling.

Sonic Boom
(Active) Despin dashes to nearby target area at super sonic speeds, sending a sonic boom out in the direction perpendicular to the direction he traveled, dealing magic damage. The sonic boom is the length of the distance Despin traveled. If the shockwave hits, it will slow the enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds.

This hardened air mannifests as crescent blades that form at a certain range from him in random spots, fly through him, then dissipate at the same range from him. Despin is free to attack, use abilities, and move during he duration. Each blade will travel in a straight line to the AoE around Despin
