Junkrat, the Scavenger of the Wastes is a custom champion based on Junkrat from Overwatch.
Junkrat's basic attacks don't follow their target. Instead, once a basic attack is launched, the projectile continues forward regardless of where its target is, until it either hits an enemy or reaches its maximum range. Once it does, it explodes, dealing its regular damage to enemies directly hit by it, and 25% / 50% / 75% magic damage to enemies within 100 units.
Additionally, whenever Junkrat dies, he drops a live grenade on himself, detonating after 1 second and dealing 75 / 150 / 300 magic damage to all enemies within 200 units.

Active: Junkrat places a large mine on the ground. While he has a mine in place, he can reactivate Concussion Mine again to detonate it, dealing magic damage to enemies in a medium range, as well as knocking them up.
Damage: 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 (+ 60% AP)
Flight Distance: 300 / 325 / 350 / 375 / 400
If Junkrat is standing on one of his mines when he reactivates Concussion Mine, it knocks him up and sends him flying in a direction based on where on the mine he is standing.
Passive: Junkrat adds additional blasting powder to his explosives, multiplying the damage of any explosions he makes.

Active: Junkrat lays down a large steel trap near him that arms after 1 second and lasts up to 60. This trap is visible and has 3 health, but multiple enemy champions can be trapped by it simultaneously, rooting them for a short time.
Root: 1.5s / 1.75s / 2s / 2.25s / 2.5s
COST: 200 mana
Junkrat channels for 1 second to fire up his RIP-tire on his back, then releases it in the direction he is facing.
Damage: 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 (+100% AP)
While RIP-tire is active, Junkrat remains in place and the player instead controls RIP-tire for up to 20 seconds. RIP-tire cannot stop, and will always move in the direction of the player's most recent input.
While RIP-tire is active, the player can activate any learned ability to detonate it, dealing heavy magic damage in an explosion around it to all enemies. After 1 second, control returns to Junkrat.
