This is my idea on Zilean. It's my opinion and in no way meant as a replacement, I just wanted to put down a rework idea!

Abilities

All in Good Time

Heightened Learning

Zilean uses Time instead of Mana. Having a maximum of 400 and Time regeneration of 1 per second, this is doubled while moving and doubled if below half of maximum Time. Kills/Assists on enemy champions recover 35% of maximum Time.

Zilean gains Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. cooldown reduction.


Time Bomb

Time Bomb

Active: Zilean places a ticking time bomb on any unit, allied or enemy, which detonates after 4 seconds, dealing magic damage in a 330-unit area. Bombs will detonate immediately if the holder dies or if another bomb is placed on them.

  • Magic Damage: 90 / 145 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+ 90% AP)


Rewind

Rewind

Active: Zilean reduces the cooldowns of all of his other abilities by 6 seconds. Zilean gains a new charge of Rewind periodically (this reload time is reduced by cooldown reduction) and can hold up to 2 charges at once.

  • Charge Reload Time: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10


Time Warp

Time Warp

Active: A 475-ranged AoE that follows a target allied champion or an enemy champion for the duration, slowing enemy champions or increasing allied champion's movement speed by 55% for a short time.

  • Duration: 3 / 3.75 / 4.5 / 5.25 / 6


Chronoshift

Chronoshift

Active: Zilean places a protective time rune on an allied champion for 7 seconds. If the target takes lethal damage during that time, they will be placed in stasis - making them untargetable and invulnerable. After 2 seconds, the target is revived with a set amount of health.

  • Health Regained: 600 / 850 / 1100 (+ 200% AP)
