Seth is a champion I thought up a while back
|(Innate): When an enemy unit dies near Seth, he regains 2% of his health and mana.
Soul Harvest / Soul Burn
|(Active): Soul Harvest:Seth channels for up to 3 seconds, dealing damage to a target over time. Once the channel is cancelled, he can cast Soul Burn.
Soul Burn: When cast on an ally, it heals them for 80% of the damage done by Soul Harvest. When cast on Seth, it heals for 50%.
Damage: 40/50/60/70/80 (+40% AP) Per Sec
|(Active): Summons a soul well at the target location, which persists for 5 minutes. When a unit dies near the soul well, it gains a "soul", up to a max of 50. If the ability is activated again, it heals nearby allies every second, consuming one soul every second. Once the souls have run out, it is destroyed. This ability can be activated a third time to destroy the well early.||Cooldown: 20 at all levels
Heal: 10/15/20/25/30 (+20% AP) Per Sec
Flame of Gehenna
|Active: Seth throws a dark flame at a target enemy, stunning them and dealing damage.||Cooldown: 25/20/18/17/15
Damage: 50/60/70/80/90 (+40% AP) Stun Duration: 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5
|(Active): Seth creates a portal at a target location with an explosion of dark energies, dealing damage to nearby enemies. A second portal opens in front of Seth, allies can walk through this portal to get to the other, and vise versa.||Cooldown: 180/160/140
Damage: 100/150/200 (+50% AP)
