AD carry, void humanoid creature that uses a crossbow. Based around the use of buffing attacks.

Innate: Whenever this champion uses an ability, other than his ultimate, he will obtain a buff that increases attack damage by 5/7/9/11/13/16/19/22/25 (level 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17) and movement speed by 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18% for 3 seconds (2 second cooldown after buff expiration).

Q ability: The champion shoots a single magical crossbow bolt that is targeted to an enemy champion dealing his full attack damage +0.2 per bonus attack damage and lowering the target champions attack speed by 5/10/15/20/25% for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. (10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown, doesn’t interrupt movement).

W ability: The champion buffs his next auto attack to do an additional 10/15/20/25/30 +5% of his total attack damage. (5/5/5/5/5 second cooldown).

E ability: The champion blinks a short distance (250 units) creating a damaging cloud where he appears that deals a low amount of magic damage. After the initial blink he can blink a second time (250 units) and his passive buff is removed and negated for 5 seconds. (20/16/12/10/8 second cooldown).

Ultimate: Passive: If the champion gets below 25% of their hit points they obtain a shield that protects for 200/350/500 damage (from any source). Active: The champion prepares himself for the big fight, obtaining and doubling both his passive movement speed and attack damage buffs. The buffs are active for 8/10/12 seconds and this prevents Ability 3 from negating them. (Passive shield duration 4 seconds, cooldown 2 minutes).
