Although I only have released Manic a few weeks ago, after seeing Braum, I felt like releasing Crystal ASAP for Freljord. Yes, she is still incomplete, but she's been frozen in the makings, so I felt maybe a premature release might thaw her out into the skater she's supposed to be. Now, allow me to introduce Krystal, the magnificent figure skater of Freljord -TakaHann
When Krystal activates an ability, she gains a stack of Icy Tracks, allowing her to leave a track of ice behind herself, slowing enemies who moves over the track by 2.25 - 6 (based on level)% (+ 0.5% per 80 AP) per stack. Icy Track also increases her movement speed by 2 - 7 (based on level)% per stack.
Icy Tracks stacks up to five times and lasts for 5 seconds. Tracks last for 3 seconds.
Active: Krystal will perform an Axel, dealing physical damage and relieving 50% of any slow effects on Krystal. When used on Frozen Floor, the range, physical damage and tenacity of this ability is increased by 50% while inflicting a decaying slow over 2 seconds to enemies.
If Krystal damages at least one enemy unit with this attack, she gains a stack of Diamond Axel for 7 seconds, increasing her attack speed by 7% per stack. This stacks up to 3 times.
The cooldown for Diamond Axel is reduced based on Krystal's bonus attack speed and unaffected by cooldown reduction.
The cooldown of Diamond Axel is unaffected by cooldown reduction and is instead reduced by 1% for every 1.75% of her bonus attack speed. This is capped at 66% cooldown reduction with 116% bonus attack speed. At max rank, the minimum cooldown is 1.36 seconds (1.38 attack speed).
The added bonus attack speed provides 4% cooldown reduction per stack, allowing Diamond Axel to have a natural 12% cooldown at max stack.
Diamond Axel has no cast time and does not interrupt Krystal's previous orders.
COST: 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 initial mana per second
Toggle: Krystal implements cold mana into her skating blades, applying magic damage to her basic attacks and Diamond Axel.
Mana cost increases by 2 per second of activation, up to double the cost.
Mana Skates will also trigger Icy Tracks stacks every second.
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12
Active: Krystal summons forth an ice rink at target 900-radius area for 7 seconds, gaining magic resistance, 30% attack speed and 15% movement speed while she is on it. Enemies will be slowed while on Frozen Rink.
While on the Frozen Rink, mana costs are reduced by 25% and her basic attack range is increased by 50.
Passive: Whenever Diamond Axel successfully damages at least one enemy champion, Crystalline Finale's cooldown will be reduced by 1 second.
Active: Krystal create a ring around herself as she spins rapidly, channeling for up to 5 seconds. Enemies within the ring will be inflicted with damage every half-second and are slowed based on how long they've been in the ring, starting at 10% and up to 25% after 3 seconds. Enemies may enter the ring, but may not exit the ring through normal means.
Upon the end of channel, or when Crystalline Finale is reactivated or interupted, the ring deconstructs and Krystal will take a pose, inflicting magic damage to all enemies inflicted by Crystalline Finale, which is based on how much damage they've been dealt by Crystalline Finale. All inflicted enemies will have reduced movement and attack speed for 4 seconds if still within the ring, and half the slow if outside.
