    Galio fires a concussive blast at the target area, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit and them by 50% for seconds if enemy units are hit under 300 cast range will instead be for second.

    Ok I was thinking of an mana regen item for tanky champs who have hi mana costs late game and low mana regen so they can stay longer with there team to help in team fights and it also helps give mobility when your low to escape safer from team fights.

    +400 health

    +40 magic resist

    +10 mana regen

    Unique Passive - mana font:

    increases your mana regen

    by 1% per 1% health you are missing.

    Unique Passive :

    when your health drops to 25% of your max health

    you gain 30% movment for 2 seconds ( cooldown 60 seconds)

    Total cost is 2450 g

    I was a bit bored so I was thinking of how Sions new passive and his other abilitys might work out and scale with his E so here is what I thought up and please tell me what you think.

    of missing health}}} less physical damage and of missing health}}} less magic damage . The damage reduction is calculated before armor and percentage damage reduction benefits are taken into account.


    Sion becomes relentless in his pursuit to kill gaining movement speed and his auto attack are enhanced doing bonus magic damage for 5 seconds and each second auto attack will stun a champion for 0.75 seconds, you can not stun a champion again within 2.5 seconds of stuning them.

    Lately I have had some anoying times against some nidalee's  lately even tho I may win, and the thing is her spears are too powerful ,it's cause of there quick cooldown and ability to do as much or even more damage than some ults, but I think they can keep those both but the range = more damage aspect 

    will be taken away and replaced with a charge system like tresh's flay passive were the more time you wait the more damage you do making the spears super damaging and spamable but not at the same time giveing her good balance and I would like to hear thoughts on this from some nidalee players and anyone else.
