Sion possible ability changes

I was a bit bored so I was thinking of how Sions new passive and his other abilitys might work out and scale with his E so here is what I thought up and please tell me what you think.


Abilities

Feel No Pain
Feel No Pain

Sion receives 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 {+ 1% of missing health} less physical damage and 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 {+ 0.5% of missing health} less magic damage . The damage reduction is calculated before armor and percentage damage reduction benefits are taken into account.


Relentless pursuit
COST: 40/50/60/70/80 Mana
COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8
Cryptic Gaze

Active: Sion becomes relentless in his pursuit to kill gaining movement speed and his auto attack are enhanced doing bonus magic damage for 5 seconds and each second auto attack will stun a champion for 0.75 seconds, you can not stun a champion again within 2.5 seconds of stuning them.

  • Magic Damage on-hit: 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 (+ 20% AP) {+ 1% bonus health}
  • movement speed boost: 10% / 12.5% / 15% / 20% / 25%


Death's Caress
COST: 50 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 Mana
COOLDOWN: 7 seconds after shield expires
Death's Caress

Active: Sion surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs damage for up to 5 seconds. It will explode automatically after the 5 seconds have passed dealing magic damage and slowing nearby enemy's for 35% for 1.5 seconds .

  • Shield Strength: 75 / 100 / 175 / 200 / 250 (+ 5% bonus health)
  • Magic Damage: 50 / 75 / 125 / 150 / 180 {+ 40% AP}
  • Explosion area: 550


Enrage
COST: 1% current health per attack
COOLDOWN: 4 seconds between each toggle
Enrage

Toggle on: While toggled on, Sion has increased attack damage at the cost of some health for each autoattack. While Enrage is active, Sion permanently increases his maximum health whenever he kills a unit with either his attacks or abilities. This effect is doubled against champions and large units.

  • Bonus Attack Damage: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65
  • Health Gained per kill: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3
  • Health restored per attack: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 (+ 1% bonus health}

When toggled off Sion restores health per auto attack equal to a percentage of his bonus health.


Cannibalism
COST: 50/75/100 mana
COOLDOWN: 100/90/80
Cannibalism

passive: sion gains attack speed for 6 seconds each time he uses an ability.

  • Attack Speed: 20% / 30% / 40%

Active: For 15 seconds, Sion gains bonus lifesteal and attack speed. Additionally, Sion's autoattacks will heal surrounding allies for 30% of the damage dealt.

  • Bonus Life Steal: 50% / 75% / 100%
  • attack speed: 30% / 40% / 50%
  • AoE Heal Radius: 500

Also I would Like to say for those who may not know there is a difference between  % missing health and per % missing health,% missing health counts on how much heath is missing like if you have 100 missing health 5% of that missing health is 5 , now per % missing health counts on how much of your total health is missing and gives you a stat on how much on how much health your missing from your total health like Dr.Mundo's Masochism at max rank it gives him 1 AD for 1% of his total health missing.
