  • Because of their abilities, chepal becomes more dangerous according more closer you are to the enemy.
Water Whip

 Every 20 seconds Chepals next basic attack dealt 15 + (7 x level) (+50% AD) additional physical damage. Additionally he gais 300 extra range and bring the affected enemy to him. Basic attacks reduced by 1 second the cooldown of water whip.


  • The affected enemy is dragged to where  are Chepal.
  • The animation is according with his attack speed.

Active: Chepal generates a robust ice breastplate, increasing their armor and magic resistance by a fixed amount plus 3% of his missing health for 4 seconds. Enemies with in a 125  radius area receive magic damage and are stunned for 1 second.

  • Bonus armor and magic resist: 20 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+3% of his missing health)


  • The bonus scaling of armor and magic resist dont increased when the effect is active.

Active: Chepal unleashes a powerful hail storm around him, trying to magic damage and  reduced movement and attack speed for 5 seconds. The effect is more powerful according to the position of the enemies in the damage area, to a maximum of 150% and 100% near the edge.

  • Magic Damage: 150 / 220 / 290 to 225 / 330 / 435 (+ 80% to 120% AP)


  • Attack and movement speed reduction: 10% / 15% / 20% to 15% / 20% / 25%


  • The slow effect don't stack, but is refreshing on every application.
  • The potency of the slow don't refreshing if not the same.
  • The slows don't replaces the others if  are more potent.
