Basic attacks increase Olaf's attack speed by 3% / 4% / 5% / 6% for 1.5 seconds, stacks up to 5 times for a maximum of 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%. The stacks decay one at a time when he leaves combat.
Each stack only increases his bonus by 2% for every 1% of Olaf's missing health.

Ability Details
Berserker Rage is a self-buff ability.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum attack speed per stack (100% Health). 3% / 4% / 5% / 6%.

Undertow
RANGE: 400 - 1000

Undertow

Active: Olaf throws an axe in a line to a target location, dealing physical damage and slowing enemies it passes through for between 1.5 and 2.5 seconds, depending on the distance on the axe has travelled.

The axe remains at the target location until Undertow is off cooldown. Olaf can pick up the axe to reduce Undertow's cooldown by 3.5 seconds and deals additional damage on his next 2 basic attacks, each attack deals damage equal to 25% of the axe's normal damage. If the axe would land inside terrain, it will instead stick to the wall.

If the bonus damage of Vicious Strikes.png Vicious Strikes is active during the cast, the axe increases its speed and adds the half bonus damage of Vicious Strikes to the first enemy hit. The axe loses its speed when hits an enemy.

  • Axe Physical Damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+100% bonus AD)

Ability Details
Undertow is a linear, pass-through skill shot.

Additional Information:

  • Undertow grants a brief instance of sight when it hits the ground.
  • If Olaf attempts to cast Undertow below the minimum range, he will throw it the minimum distance units in the direction of cast.
  • If Olaf attempts to cast Undertow beyond the maximum range, it will fall short at the maximum range in the direction of cast.
  • Olaf cannot pick up an enemy Olaf's axe, unlike Draven Draven.
  • Neutral monsters hit by the axe will temporarily be ignored by unit collision. This is an invisible debuff and is intended to make it easier for Olaf to pick up his axes.
  • Duration of bonus damage on auto attacks: 5 seconds each
  • The bonus damage can't critical strike
  • As with most on-hit physical damage, the bonus damage will apply life steal.
  • The axe don't increases his speed and damage if the bonus damage of Vicious Strikes.png Vicious Strikes is not active during the throw.
  • The axe's bonus damage will not affect towers.



Changes
  • Cooldown increased to 8 from 7 seconds.
  • Cooldown reduction from the axe reduced to 3.5 from 4.5 seconds.
  • Missile speed can by increased to 2000 from 1600 if Olaf haves the bonus damage of Vicious Strikes.

Vicious Strikes

Active: Olaf strikes twice on his next basic attack, dealing physical damage plus a percentage of his maximum health. If the bonus damage is consumed Olaf increases his attack speed for 6 seconds. Each attack have a certain percentage of Olaf's attack damage, can deal a critical strike and On-hit effects as normal.

Additionally for 6 seconds, Olaf drains life from sources of damage that he deals and gains bonus attack speed; the effect resets his duration when the bonus damage is used. During this time, Olaf also gains 1% enhanced healing from all sources for every 2.5% of his missing health.

  • Physical Damage per Strike: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100% AD +5% of Olaf's maximum health
  • Attack Speed: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60%
  • Drain: 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20%
Ability Details
Vicious Strikes is a self-targeted buff.

Additional Information:

  • Vicious Strikes will increase all healing effects targeted at Olaf. This will stack additively with Spirit Visage item.png Spirit Visage. However, it is worth noting that Spirit Visage item.png Spirit Visage will not increase healing effects sourced from other champions (such as an allied Astral Blessing.png Astral Blessing), while Vicious Strikes will.
  • Vicious Strikes has no cast time and it will not interrupt previous orders.
  • The bonus damage is effective against structures.
  • The damage of one strike is negated by Aegis Protection.png block and Riposte.png parry.
    • Only blind and Counter Strike.png dodge can negate the damage of the 2 attacks.
  • The drain effect applies on all forms of damage that Olaf deals.
    • Don't applies on structures.
  • The ability reset the auto attack timer.
  • Olaf only gains the bonus attack speed if he consumes the bonus damage.



Changes
  • Cooldown reduced to 16 / 15.5 / 15 / 14.5 / 14 from 16 seconds in all ranks.
  • Attack speed bonus reduced to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% from 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80%.
  • Olaf only gains the bonus attack speed if he consume the bonus damage on a target.
  • New effect. Olaf strikes twice in his next basic attack dealing physical damage plus a percentage of his maximum health.
  • Bonus life steal remplaced for the drain effect.

Reckless Swing

Reckless Swing

Active: Olaf leaps to a enemy target and attacks with such force that it deals true damage to his target. Olaf lands 300 units away of his target.

After 1.5 seconds the next Olaf's basic attack deals aditional true damage equal to the cost of the ability.

Olaf's basic attacks will reduce the cooldown of Reckless Swing by 1 second.

If the bonus damage of Vicious Strikes.png Vicious Strikes is active during the leap, the range of the ability increases and the true damage stuns 1 second; additionally the empowered skill permanently gains 3 additional damage when the true damage kill an enemy unit. This bonus is twice for large minions, monsters and champions.

  • True damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 40% AD) (+3 [6] per enemy kill)
Ability Details
Reckless Swing is a single dash target ability.

Additional Information:

  • Unlike Olaf's other abilities, Reckless Swing costs health. He is one of a select few champions that utilize multiple cost types.
  • As with all activated health-cost abilities, Reckless Swing can be cast at any health value but will not reduce Olaf's health below 1. This makes Reckless Swing effectively free-to-cast at 1 health.
  • Health cost refund on the ability is considered a heal, therefore it is affected by increased healing from Vicious Strikes.png Vicious Strikes and Spirit Visage.
  • Kayle Kayle's Intervention.png Intervention will not mitigate Reckless Swing's cost.
  • The target receives the true damage even when this enters in steal or in the fog of war, or when this leave the range of the ability.
  • Olaf leaps towards its target until reaching it.
  • The true damage of the leap and the basic attack stuns separately.



Changes
  • Cooldown increases to 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 from 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds.
  • Now the ability is a leap.
  • Base True damage reduced to 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 from 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250.
  • Range increased to 600 (900 with Vicious Strikes.png Vicious Strikes) from 325 units.
  • New effect. After 1.5 seconds Olaf's next basic attack deal aditional true damage equal to 30% of the leap's damage.


Ragnarok
COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80
Ragnarok

Passive: Olaf gains bonus armor and magic resistance plus a percentage of his aditional health.

  • Armor / Magic Resist: 10 / 20 / 30 (+ 3% of Olaf's aditional health)

Active: Olaf instantly removes all forms of debuffs from himself and becomes immune to them for 6 seconds. During this time, he lost the passive effect, but also gains flat armor penetration equal to a percentage of his missing health.

  • Flat Armor Penetration: 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 Olaf's missing health
Ability Details
Ragnarok is a self-targeted ability that also passively grants a defensive buff.

Additional Information:

  • Ragnarok can be cast while under the effects of any form of crowd control.
    • It is worth noting that while it can be activated while under the effects of airborne crowd control, Ragnarok will not remove them. However, it will ignore any further applications of it once active.
  • Ragnarok will prevent the application of the Sejuani Sejuani's "Frost" debuff.
  • As of V3.13, all attack speed reduction is treated as a slow and will also be ignored.
  • Abilities with conditional effects are usually composed of multiple debuffs, and will ignoring. For example, Olaf will remove the damage reduction by Mocking Shout.png Mocking Shout and Chomp.png Chomp despite ignoring their slow components.



Changes
  • Now the ability remove and prevent all forms of debuffs.
    • This includes Grievous Wounds, enemy's marks, summoner's spells, etc
