Rosalie, the Maiden of Roses is a custom champion in League of Legends.
Throws a rose at an enemy unit, dealing magic damage and reducing their attack damage for 4 seconds. This effect does not stack.

Rosalie shields an allied unit for 4 seconds. The target's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage for the duration of the spell. Rosalie cannot target herself.
