Finally, a reasonable Darius nerf

Old:

Active: Darius leaps to target enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage.

True Damage: 160 / 250 / 340 (+ 75% Bonus AD)

For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 20% damage. The cooldown is refreshed if Noxian Guillotine kills the target.

Maximum True Damage: 320 / 500 / 680 (+ 150% Bonus AD)

For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 20% damage. On kill, for the next 8 seconds, Darius can cast Noxian Guillotine again. This duration refreshes on kill with Noxian Guillotine.

Maximum True Damage: 320 / 500 / 680 (+ 150% Bonus AD)

Reasons:

Darius won't literally have his ult up 24/7.
Even if he misses, the cooldown is still low.
He still maintains his ability to Press R to Penta Kill.

Other possible changes:

Mana cost from 100 -> 100/120/140
OR: Each additional Noxian Guillotine costs 25 more mana to cast.
It's not like Darius has actual mana costs.
Cooldown from 100/90/80 -> 120/110/100, killing with Noxian Guillotine reduces cooldown by 50%.
