PASSIVE: Unholy Flock

Upon killing an enemy champion, Lucifer absorbs their life force, permanently granting him 2 armor and 2 Magic Resist. Additionally, Lucifer is healed by 3% of his maximum health every time he kills a minion or small monster, 7% for large monsters, and 15% for epic monsters and champions.

Active: Lucifer's next basic attack will deal bonus attack damage and slow the target by 25% for 1.5 seconds. The damage passes through the target in a straight line for 300 range, dealing the same damage to all enemies hit.

Lucifer uses his cane to latch onto the targeted enemy champion, reducing their vision radius and dealing a percentage of their maximum health in physical damage after a three second channel. His target is suppressed for the duration, and Lucifer may move about freely, dragging them with, but cannot cast spells or auto attack. This ability can be interrupted by all CC except roots, snares and slows. If the targeted champion is killed while snared, or by the spell itself, Unholy Flock's armor and MR bonuses are tripled for that kill.
