While Shar has been around for a very long time, this is my first attempt at designing a champion. It's also clearly not complete by any stretch of the imagination. What I'm trying to do is make something unique, or at least atypical; while still maintaining comprehensibility and balance. I'd love any help you're willing to send my way. =3

Abilities

Shar's abilities have two cooldowns. Once the first cooldown has finished, the ability can be used again, without refreshing the second cooldown. However, until the second cooldown has completed, the ability will also cost health equal to 5% of Shar's current HP. Along with the cost, the ability gains a 10% increased effect.


Adamant Strike

Active: Shar channels energy into his blade and whirls it around, slashing nearby enemies for magic damage and reducing their magic resist for 1.5 seconds.

Mithril Shot
RANGE: 825

Active: Shar channels energy into his blade and stabs forward, sending the energy out in a line. Any enemies the pulse passes through take magic damage.

Active: Shar drains energy from the area around an opponent and surrounds himself with that energy, slowing his opponent and accelerating himself. When activated, this also uses up any stacks from Lightning's Heart, dealing magic damage per stack.

  • Move Speed: +5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% (+5% AP)

Passive: Shar's attunement to the natural flows of magic allow him to sense his opponents use of abilities. Whenever an enemy activates an ability, they are revealed and highlighted for a short time.

  • Reveal: 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 Seconds

Active: When activated, Shar's senses are honed to an extreme degree, allowing him to sense tiny disturbances in the ambient magic. He gains truesight at a fifth of his passive detection range, and can see but not target wards in this area as well.

Lightning's Heart

Active: Shar sends a burst of energy through his body and blinks forward. The lingering energies empower his body, granting bonus attack speed for 6 Seconds. The bonus stacks with itself, up to 5 times.

Active: After channeling for 1 second, Shar disrupts the flow of magic around him. Enemies with mana loose a percentage of their current total depending on rank, and enemies without mana are silenced. Shar gains mana and ability power per enemy champion affected.

  • Mana Lost: -10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20% (+2% AP)
  • Silence: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 Seconds
  • Mana Gained: +10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50

Toggle (Stance) – Internal: Shar channels magical energies into his body, using close-ranged abilities and enhancing his body. He gains bonus magic damage on each attack.

  • Magic Damage: +10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 15% AP)

Toggle (Stance) – External: Shar wields the magic energies around him, using long-ranged abilities and restoring his reserves. He gains increased mana regeneration.

  • Regeneration/5: +3 / 6 / 9 / 12 (+ 3% AP)
