The Virtuous Brothers are a set of 7 champions I am working on based on the 7 heavenly virtues, inspired by Deathkin12's Sinful Sisters, link to one: Lucia.
|(Innate): When Dilwyn attacks a champion, he marks them. This mark makes Dilwyn’s auto attacks against that target deal 4%/6%/8%/10% increased damage and he also gains 10% movement speed when running toward the marked target.
|(Active): On his next attack, Dilwyn rapidly throws 3 daggers at his target in a row (These attacks can crit and deal damage varied on rank), and increases his attack speed for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 5 / 4.5 / 4 / 3.5 / 3 seconds
Damage: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 %
Attack Speed Boost: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 %
|(Active): Dilwyn throws two daggers at a target champion’s feet, dealing 80/105/130/155/180 (+.6 bonus attack damage) physical damage, pinning the target in place which roots them for .75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds.
Cooldown: 17 / 15 / 13 / 11 / 9 seconds
Physical Damage: 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 (+ .6 per bonus attack damage)
Root Duration: .75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 seconds
|(Active): Diliwyn throws a dagger to target area, dealing psychical damage to all units it passes through. He can reactivate this skill within the next 4 seconds to dash to the dagger and deal additional psychical damage to everyone he passes through. If he doesn't, the skills CD is reduced by 4 seconds.
Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds

Flurry of Daggers
|(Passive): Dilwyn stores one extra dagger every 30 seconds, affected by cooldown reduction, and one on champion kill/assist, holding up to a cap. Every stack makes his passive deal 1% more increased damage.
(Active): Dilwyn throws 3 daggers in a wide cone that deal physical damage to the 1st champion they hit, deals 75% damage to minions they pass though. He consumes all stacks of daggers and throws an additional dagger for every stack consumed. Daggers thrown apply his passive to a marked target.
Cooldown: 100 / 85 / 70 seconds
Physical Damage: 210 / 270 / 330 (+.7 per bonus attack damage)
Maximum Daggers: 3 / 4 / 5
