Hagrath, the Desolator is a custom champion made by me. There is lore coming soon if you should find such things interesting. Feel free to let me know of any suggestions that you may have; I get a feeling that Hagrath's kit is overloaded, but can't decide what to change. On a side note, Nematoblast functions similarly to AsheVolley; it does not pass through enemies or have an explosion radius.
Hagrath's essence is incredibly poisonous, causing it's abilities and basic attacks to apply a stack of "Degradation", dealing 12 + (3 x level) (+ 15% AP) magic damage over 3.0 seconds. This debuff stacks up to 4 times, dealing up to 48 + (12 x level) (+ 60% AP) magic damage over 3.0 seconds.
Active: Hagrath fires 9 powerful nematocysts in a 60º cone, striking the first enemy they come in contact with, dealing magic damage initially and applying a slow for 2.0s. Additionally, affected enemies are dealt magic damage over 3.0s. This ability only applies 1 stack of "Degradation" upon the initial magic damage.
Hagrath taints a large area with it's presence, causing all enemies on it to be dealt magic damage per second and have all healing effects reduced by 50%. Additionally, the area applies 1 stack of "Degradation" per 1.0 seconds to enemies.
