Jzherazim, the Stormraiser is another champion concept made by me.
If Jzherazim has not cast any spells for 5.0s, he starts accumulating stacks of "Rising Storm" at a rate of 1 per second, capping at 10 stacks. Jzherazim's next ability consumes all of these stacks, and deals an additional 1.0% / 1.5% / 2.0% / 2.5% damage per stack consumed. If Stormwreath was cast without it detonating, it still consumes the stacks without dealing damage.
COST: 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 mana
Active: Jzherazim fires a potent mass of energy in a straight line, dealing magic damage and slowing the first target hit for 1.5s. If the target is also affected by "Conduction", the target is stunned for 1.5s instead.
Jzherazim calls down an imbued bolt of lightning, which strikes the ground after a 0.75s delay, dealing magic damage in a 250 radius AoE. This ability grants vision briefly during it's delay. Additional casts of "Stormfall" within 7.0s of the last cast costs additional mana; there is no cap to the additional mana cost.
Active: Jzherazim becomes enshrouded with the essence of the storm for 1.5s, causing the next incoming enemy ability that time to be negated. Additionally, when the ability is negated, the barrier detonates, dealing magic damage in a 400 radius around Jzherazim. If the attack also had disables associated with it, the crowd control is also negated.

COOLDOWN: 6 / 5 / 4
Passive: Whenever Jzherazim strikes an enemy champion with one of his abilities, he marks them for 6.0s with "Conduction", making it a possible target to use "Arclight Array" on. Furthermore, regardless of whether it strikes an enemy champion or not, "Stormfall" leaves a mark of "Conduction" at the center of where it landed. There is no cap to the number of "Conduction" marks capable of being present.
Active: Jzherazim dashes to a target, becoming untargetable as he travels to that target, and deals magic damage to it and any enemy that he passed through during the dash. This ability consumes the mark targeted. Enemy champions that have been struck by "Arclight Array" cannot be targeted by it again for 6.0s.
