Pyske, The Elusive Nuisance is a champion concept by me that is hopefully not as derp as the last one.
Poke and Prod
Pyske's basic attacks and abilities infuriate enemies when they are damaged by them, placing a debuff on them for 4s, increasing the damage that Pyske deals to them by 0.25% / 0.50% / 0.75% / 1.0% (levels 1 / 6 / 11 / 16) for each stack the enemy has. Caps at 5 stacks.
COST: 55 mana
Passive: Pyske's basic attacks deal an additional 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+25% AP) magic damage on hit. Active: Pyske fires an irritating bolt at an enemy, dealing magic damage to the target.
Active: Pyske slaps his tail in a select direction, dealing magic damage in a 50 degree cone, stunning affected enemies for 0.5s.

Pyske gains a movement speed bonus for 3s, and after a 0.75s delay, Pyske enters stealth for up to 1.5s. Upon exiting stealth (end of duration or attacking during stealth), Pyske deals magic damage in a 400 radius around himself.
Active: Pyske taunts all enemies for up to 1.5s in a 475 radius around himself in such a way that they run towards him until they are within melee (125 including hitbox) range without attacking. If they reach melee (125 including hitbox), the taunt immediately wears off. For 6s after activation, Pyske gains 20% / 30% / 40% movement speed and 15% / 20% / 25% attack speed.

Active: For 5s after activation "Incredible Nuisance", Pyske can cast this ability to deal magic damage in a 425 radius around himself, knocking them airborne for 0.75s.
