Varion's heavy armor causes all armor gained to be 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10% more effective, whilst causing all movement speed gained to become 25 / 20 / 15 / 10% less effective.
This does not affect stats gained through runes and/or masteries.

Active: After a short delay (~0.25 seconds) Varion throws his hammer forward in a line. Knocking aside all enemies hit and slowing them for 1 second while dealing physical damage.
Active: Varion enchants his armor and locks himself down, rooting himself while becoming immune to all damage and status-effects except for those originating from the target for a short duration. Additionally, he gains bonus Magic Resistance and Armor that remain for 6 seconds after the root ends.
Active: Varion swings his war-axe around him, dealing physical damage to all enemies around him and gaining the ability to cast Swing within 2 seconds.
This ability goes on cooldown after Swing is cast. If Swing is not cast, it automatically goes on cooldown after 2 seconds.
