Kelstor is not and will probably never be a champion in League of Legends. He is, however, a custom champion designed by me. Kelstor was designed with only 1 thing in mind: Find what game-mechanics are absent or little used in League and throw them all on a pile to see what happened.
Due to this, Kelstor might very well be gamebreaking or ridiculously overpowered. He is mostly focused on utility.
Kelstor deals 10% bonus damage with his abilities to targets he has already affected with an ability within the last 5 seconds. This bonus can stack up to 3 times.

COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds
Active:Kelstor throws out a chain in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits. The chain then forms a tether to the enemy for up to 3 seconds, causing the affected enemy to be unable to dash, blink or gain bonus movement speed as long as the tether persists.
The enemy may break the tether by moving too far away.
Bodybreak / Spiritbreak
COST: 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds
Active:Kelstor focuses on a nearby 300-unit area, ripping away a part of all enemies standing in the zone after a short delay. Dealing either physical or magic damage to the targets equal to a percentage of their maximum health.
Damage:5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15% of the target's maximum health
The damage type depends on which one of the target's stats are higher, if their attack damage is higher they are dealt physical damage. While they are dealt magic damage if their ability power is higher.
COST: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 mana
COOLDOWN: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 seconds
Active:Kelstor creates two portals on a fixed distance from each other to exchange energy over a duration of 1.5 seconds. Enemy units who walk in between the two portals for the first time are stunned for 0.75 seconds and are dealt magic damage.
After 1.5 seconds, the portals collapse in on each other. Stunning any enemy in between again and dealing the same magic damage.
However, if enemies are hit for the second time. The are dealt twice the normal damage and are stunned for twice the normal duration.
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 140 / 120 / 100 seconds
Active: After a duration of 0.5 seconds, Kelstor splits a wide area around him into a separate pocket dimension for a duration. Causing any enemies and allies who were standing in the area to be unable to leave by any means. Allies may stealth while in the pocket dimension if they stand still for a short duration.
Dimension Duration: 15 / 20 / 25 seconds
Duration before Stealth: 4 / 3 / 2 seconds standing still
Allies nor enemies in the pocket dimension can be affected by any abilities, structures or basic attacks that originate from outside the area or vice versa. This also applies to vision.
